Returns

Item must be returned within 15 calendar days from date it was received. To be eligible for return the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. The item must be in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable and thus are not eligible for refund. Refunds are processed for purchase price of product only. Buyer is also responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item.

Refunds

You will receive a notification once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For credit/debit card purchases, refund credits may take a few days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer's policies.
